Job Description Summary
Lead the renewal Quoting and Asset Management resources. Responsible for GE Digital Power Generation and Oil & Gas Proposal and the operational processes that support our world-class renewals organization. The result is a seamless GE experience for all renewals for GE’s Power Generation Oil and Gas Customer Success organization. Preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment, focusing on lean and continuous improvement to drive a delightful customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure organizational effectiveness by providing timely and high-quality renewal quotations to multiple stake holders across the GED PGOG ecosystem.
Directly leads the Renewals Quoting and Asset Management resources. Ensuring quality assurance in renewal proposal creation and install base accuracy.
Ensure the team has the resources, processes and skills they need to deliver on commitments while tracking ongoing execution of three key processes; software license and entitlement management, renewal quoting, and improving processes leveraging Lean.
Deliver best-in-class quality and renewal metrics. Assure consistent, effective rhythms for collecting data and publishing metrics, identifying key leading indicators to escalate and drive corrective action.
Cross- functional expert, a highly collaborative partner to multiple stakeholders that can influence others and who can drive change and is detail oriented with a passion forcontinuous improvement, leveraging data and Voice of the Customer to drive decisions.
Demonstrate and lead a team culture consistently focusing on Lean, driving standard work, standard operating procedures and improvements to decrease waste and improve customer experience.
Excellent communication skills to identify the root cause of the problem, ideate solutions and pull in the right resources to drive improvements.
For roles outside of the USA - This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Digital Success Management.
Able to legally work in Mexico. This position can work remotely within Mexico.
Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
