Job Description Summary
Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
• Support the Project Managers in all Project Execution matters and tasks. The Project Coordinator has an agreed work scope, the PM and Project Coordinator share the project tasks among themselves.
Interface across GE Wind matrix with engineering, sourcing, finance, logistics, etc. regarding project execution matters.
Order material & track material deliveries
Prepare & compile EHS documentation
Request purchase orders to third parties
Control suppliers’ invoices, approve payments, request purchase orders modifications
Occasionally represent the Project as the back-up for the PM in for internal inquiries, meetings, and project reviews.
Perform administrative activities as per relevant PM processes
Participate in process improvement, quality and lean initiatives as required
Qualifications / Requirements
BS / BA Degree in any discipline, preferably Technical or Business or equivalent knowledge or experience
Business fluent in English. Another additional European language is a plus.
first experience in operations intensive functions, preferably in Project Management
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Thorough Competency in Microsoft Office Tools
Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse audience
Home office possible
Desired characteristics
- Experience in the wind business is a plus but is not mandatory
