Job Description Summary

As Planning/Quality Leader will be leading both teams TPM and Planning Team, driving quality improvements in EU Digital Services, using Continuous Improvement methodologies, supporting and coordinating with the Service Regions the PM task planning, parts ordering, and OBM implementation.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with external and GE internal technical regulations and standards.

  • Coordinate the execution of internal audits to evaluate field performance, compliance and process delivery issues. Identify, develop, and communicate best practices initiatives. TPM fulfillment and Method & Process Audit.

  • Lead implementation of productivity initiatives and development of new methodologies and processes as required based on business feedback.

  • Provide guidance, training and assistance to Service Regions personnel regarding operational processes and procedures.

  • Control of Revisions/ Updates on O&M Manuals, including digitalization.

  • Support creation of O&M checklists, variance tables, Standards PM parts list.

  • Ensure the Planning team coordination with the Service Regions to fulfil Service Request (oracle) & task (DPOD/AWS) creation, Parts orders, for all planned maintenance activities.

  • Support/Coordinate Trainings and support Service areas in Digital tools as fieldwork or OLM.

  • Coordinate with Parts team and Service areas, beyond other departments (engineering, fleet programs,) on PM activities planning and tracking processes.

  • Focal point in EU for the analytics team, supporting deployment and implementation of OBM (Odometer Base Maintenance)

  • Support deployment and implantation of Oil Lubrication Management tool in EU.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with an accredited experience in Wind Field Operations of +5 years)

  • Demonstrated wind turbines mechanical and electrical knowledge

  • Proven capability to drive cross-functional team remotely

  • English language fluency

  • Demonstrated experience experienced in leading direct & indirect teams

  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with results oriented attitude

  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Accountable and committed
