General Electric Aero Sales SWAT Leader (m/f/d) in Remote, Germany
Job Description Summary
The Aero Sales SWAT Leader will work closely with the Europe Pole Sales team members to build a pipeline of Aero opportunities and to increase penetration of GE’s aeroderivative technology into the Europe pole with special focus on the German and Swiss markets.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market share in the Gas Turbine power generation industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
Work as a Sales Lead for Aero opportunities that have been identified through Pole commercial processes
Lead the development of full value proposition for the customers on Aero gas turbine and total power plant level offerings.
Work with Pole Sales Managers to interface with customers and influence customers towards GE technology
Lead internal efforts of proposal creation as well as the development of new market opportunities for the Aero business line
Partner with customers to develop the deals/projects and work with regional Commercial teams to win new orders
Work on global partnership landscape and structure special transactions
Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes and/or services
Utilize understanding of industry trends to inform decision making processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelors in engineering, Finance or Business Management from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
Significant experience in Sales and/or associated Commercial functions (i.e. Comm Ops, Application Engineering or Contract Management, etc.)
Strong knowledge of the German and/or Swiss power markets, including key players, regulations, and customer requirements.
