Roles and Responsibilities
Provides technical support and analysis onparametric studies regarding the interaction of the different component of the engine.
Is capable ofunderstanding the effect of different ambient conditions and perturbations, and efficiencies and flows, on the overall performance of the engine.
Identifiesphysical effects that cause significant changes inthe performance of an Gas Turbineengine.
Is capable ofeffectively communicate and present her/his investigations and results in forums with highly specialized professionalsprovidingtechnicalrecommendations to the customers.
Uses statistical tools to provide answersas well as physical interpretation and impact on engine performance.
Looks for creative solutions and constantly finds ways to improve the quality and response time of her/his work.
Has the ability to meet short/long term business and customer needs.
Has the ability to mentor others onrelated field
Required Qualifications
Aeronautical/Mechanical/Energyengineering. Bachelor’sdegree.
Fluentand effective communicationin Englishand Spanish(written and spoken).
Backgroundor experiencein Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics & Statistics.
Problem Solving Skills
Programming Skills (Ms Office and one programming language like Python or C++).
Desired Characteristics
Previous experience in Gas Turbines.
Previews experience on Six Sigma methodology
Demonstrate ability in managing projects.
