Job Description Summary
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for solid commercial and product activities in Czech Republic and Slovakia in MR modality
Create business plans for territory/assigned accounts including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies and targets.
Build strong business relationships and formulate account strategies and plans to continuously strengthen relationships within the assigned accounts/ territory. Identify & respond to key account technical and departmental decision makers’ needs and maintain customer contact records in the relevant Customer Relation Management (CRM) tools.
Work with direct clients and GE designated partners and distributors
Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Broad knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups to execute policy/strategy.
Basic knowledge of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish assignments and tasks set by the company aligned with modality strategy.
Proven record of how the work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Experience in Sales/ Clinical Sales, relevant industry strongly preferred.
Technical expertise in Radiology with strong preference in MR
Fluency in English, also German highly appreciated and valued.
Clinical background, ideally in a Clinical care area in contact with patients (Healthcare facility, Hospital, Diagnostic Center, etc)
Valid driving license, active driving experience.
Good interpersonal skills: communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
Easy to develops strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE. Capable to deliver efficiently technical information to others.
Ability to communicate at all levels of an organization effectively
Presentation skills, able to deliver presentations in front of audience (customer meetings, congresses, etc)
Project and time management skills.
