Role Summary:

Off Highway Vehicle Delivery Account Manager for Komatsu will be responsible for managing all orders from Komatsu to the delivery to Komatsu. This role will also be accountable for initiating, driving, presenting all delivery initiative projects in order to reduce lead time for OHV product line including system and parts as well as improve on-time-delivery

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage all orders to receiving process for Komatsu

  • Manage Komatsu website with delivery promise dates for Komatsu

  • Update GE (Oracle) with updated delivery promise dates for Komatsu

  • Manage the Komatsu Wheel Release sheet for Komatsu

  • Manage the GE Wheel finger charts for Komatsu

  • Manage the GE production line of balanced for Komatsu

  • Manage delivery of Komatsu supplied material to GE

  • Coordinate with shop, material and sourcing team but also cross functionals to ensure supply chain/production delivery schedule of finished goods

  • Closely align with Komatsu to ensure delivery schedule can meet their production plan and commercial plan

  • Initiate strategic projects to drive cross-board lead time reduction over both system and parts to meet customer and market expectations

  • Get cross functional buy-in and commitment to project goal and assign clear ownership and priorities

  • Drive timely closure of above projects to meet customer expectation and business goals

  • Manage other continuous improvement initiative of delivery like logistic simplification and cost reduction, customer consignment material streamlining support global demand input from commercial and product team

  • Create and maintain good customer relationships – work closely with Komatsu’s fulfilment team make sure their line doesn’t stop because of GE parts and their business goal is met

  • Manage risks and opportunities to close quarterly sales plan to Komatsu


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational and program manager roles, and encompassing customers, Supply Chain, product manager, engineering Finance, Operations and/or Service

  • Demonstrated strong capabilities to work with customer including senior management level directly and solve challenges in a collective way

  • Demonstrated record of meeting commitments and delivering results in ambiguous environment

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a large, complex organization

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; experience with financial reporting and analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative solutions, implement fact-based resolutions quickly and effectively

  • Demonstrated ability to work with and through high number of details

  • Team-centric, service-minded, committed, passionate, and inquisitive

  • Willingness to work diligently to the result during peak periods/quarter ends
