General Electric Director Radiology Clinical Services in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Description Summary

The Director of Radiology Clinical Services is responsible for leading the clinical workflow and application education teams. This position reports to the Senior Director of Customer Experience and works closely with our PMO leaders to provide a seamless clinical experience to our customers. This position will partner closely with our USCAN HQ Training leader to on key aspects of the radiology education portfolio. Successful candidates must work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, and Services teams on a day-to-day basis to ensure alignment and customer success.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead Clinical Workflow and Application Education teams

  • Create and execute strategic vision Radiology Clinical Services Team

  • Partner with PMO leadership on customer success

  • Participate in Services Revenue initiatives and quarterly business reviews

  • Partner with training leaders and provide input and direction on training course needs

  • Create value driven flexible clinical engagement models

  • Provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders

  • Understand customer needs and translate into actionable plans

  • Foster and grow relationships across and within the business

  • Partner with Product Management on business needs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including direct healthcare IT services experience.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading clinical services teams.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Prior leadership experience in a Radiology and/or Clinical setting and an understanding of the healthcare and health tech industries and trends in the clinical space.

  • Prior experience successfully leading complex projects.

  • 5 years’ experience with Radiology IT

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships including executive and cross functional.

  • Ability to present, adjust communications to different audiences, listen effectively, synthesize and translate information for various audiences.

  • Demonstrated track record of ownership, empathy for customer, understanding of stakeholder needs

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate clearly, negotiate, listen, mitigate conflict, build alliances and achieve desired results using strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills. Advanced negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work closely with others on intangible issues across organizational and business-entity boundaries

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence change within large matrixed organization.

  • Ability to build connections and establish credibility quickly with key stakeholders. Demonstrated success in building lasting and deep colleague and customer relationships
