Job Description Summary
Performs diverse and complex assignments in support of GEHC process development. Assignments may include, but are not limited to: optimizing dicing/grinding processes, identifying improvement opportunities, training operators and building prototypes.

Drive dicing and grinding process improvements and execution.
Utilize initiative and independent judgment, construct, evaluate and improve complex engineering models using conceptual descriptions and ideas.
Anticipate troubleshooting needs and perform complex troubleshooting encompassing multiple variables and unknowns to achieve root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Recommend, instruct, design and conduct experiments and diagnostic tests to develop conclusions and solutions.
Utilize advanced technical communications to improve internal models and/or externally sourced components in terms of system performance, reliability, functionality, and serviceability.
Work with the management team to lead and deploy training plans as needed.
Take ownership for business objectives including, delivery, EHS, productivity, materials, costs, output, cycle time, and quality.
Use six sigma tools to lead teams and to improve established processes and metrics.
Little or no direction is given in execution of job related activities.
Comply with EHS regulations and policies.
Associates degree, or a High School diploma and 5 years technical experience
1 years of technical leadership experience
Demonstrated intuitive and advanced proficiency to logically troubleshoot up to system level, using identifiable problem solving techniques and previous experience
Ability to draw accurate conclusions from test data, malfunctions, or deviations, and coordinate implementation of corrections to the existing design or process
High proficiency to interpret and explain complex technical information.
Demonstrated proficiency to utilize and modify computerized work systems
Demonstrated ability to work with little to no direction
Demonstrate an ongoing effort to maintain knowledge of current technology
