Roles and Responsibilities
Define, deploy, and manage global standard work for order booking and release processes (Auto release and exception-based management)
Lead a team of global contractors responsible for level 1 triage of order booking exceptions across all global regions
Accountable for global escalations and the corresponding process to regional and global fulfillment leaders identifying countermeasures to serve the needs of our customers
Functional ownership of fulfillment related digital tools including “ME Screen” to enable exception-based management, partnering closely with Digital Technologies (DT) to meet the need of fulfillment users
Lead strategic initiatives focused on solving the root cause of on-time delivery (OTD) misses as identified through the global OTD problem solving report (PSR) (i.e. material backorders)
- Minimum of 5 years applicable experience leading complex global initiatives in logistics, warehousing, inventory, and customer fulfillment.
Tactical fulfillment operations experience in a global supply chain environment
Expertise in lean concepts and best practices. Experience deploying “transactional lean” outside of the physical walls of an operation a plus
Analytical problem solver with a proven track record of taking a data driven approach to identifying root cause and corrective actions
Comfort and proven ability to dissect moderate levels of ambiguity where desired outcomes are clear, but the path/actions to achieve those outcomes are open to judgement and expertise
Experience leading a team (both direct and indirect reports) responsible for tactical day-to-day operations
Demonstrated ability to lead global programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills
