Job Description Summary
The Maintenance / EHS coordinator will be responsible planning, scheduling, parts procurement, and training coordination. Supporting Metem’s Maintenance team with day to day activities and essential responsibilities.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities, by determining material, equipment, and labor needs to complete maintenance tasks economically and efficiently
Develop maintenance schedules and assist Leadership in determining job priorities. Make changes and adjustments to the maintenance/contractor work schedule
Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the CMMS system by assuring that work order, asset, inventory, and other data is complete and up to date
Maintain and enter purchase requisitions and follow up on deliveries
Keep Leadership informed of operating changes and difficulties and submit recommendations for improvement
Coordination and scheduling of waste shipment management, external inspections (Fire, FM Global, Wastewater), and on-site EHS inspections
Actively participate in safety concern review and scheduling
Daily contractor scheduling and safety management
KPI reporting / publishing to Leadership and the broader network
Perform, as assigned, other similar or related duties
Qualifications :
- Associates Degree from an accredited university or college (OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
ELIGBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work occasional weekend shifts
Ability to work overtime as required
Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, for example: safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
