The Digital Customer Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and/or application support including maintenance for GEHC customers.

Essential Responsibilities :
Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and service repair needs on designated equipment
Responsibly completes all administration tasks on time. Ensures timely completion of inspections documentation for assigned accounts and be responsible for quality solutions at client sites.
Adhere to and advance the use of GEHC coding conventions, tools, and documentation.
Specify, set up, code, and process complex conversion and interface for assigned clients, meeting all project plan dates set
Meet with customers as necessary, analyze their needs, and provide insight into products and their functionality
Valuable background in Healthcare IT technologies, either imaging or clinical systems and interoperability standards (IHE, DICOM, HL7, FHIR, XML)
Ability to work independently and significant Field Services experience
Strong Customer skills; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, influences rather than directs
Based in Mallorca island. Good English and Spanish speaker

Catalan language is optional, but desirable
Desirable Degree level or equivalent knowledge or experience
Works productively in a pressurized and change environment
Supporting & Cooperating skills: team spirit, listening skills. Follows procedures and policies.
Operative systems management: windows and linux server environment. Database management knowledge desirable.
