Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Seasoned and deep understanding of concepts, approaches and methodology used. Deep expertise on the level of a technological field.Lead the FKW facility. Responsible for Statutory compliance of the Site, Delivery of the business matrix and ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials to support production and sales to factory.

Drive Site readiness, Regulatory compliance readiness, P&E set-ups as per timelines to meet GO-Live date
Interface with Factory Master scheduler and Suppliers to arrive at mutually acceptable schedule keeping prime focus on factory Requirements
Work to control inventory levels, cycle time, machine loads, and other aspects as required to meet production schedules
Set strategic direction for planning and scheduling activities within the organization
Provide leadership in using advanced planning tools to model, simulate, and release optimized material plans to the organization and in developing, planning and implementing the master schedule
Lead the planning and scheduling activities utilizing advanced planning tools to model, simulate, and release optimized material
Support NPI efforts by leading planning function and responsible for serial production fulfillment.
Analyse and track Supplier promise date accuracy and develop reports to ensure Supplier promise date accuracy
Identify and react to material plans that do not meet customer requirements
Maintain data accuracy in respective Sourcing tools (ERP, Workflows, resolving invoice issues with Accounts Payable Team), internal Libraries, etc.)
Communicate and resolve issues with GE Logistics , Custom COE
Resolving issues while achieving and maintaining inventory as per business matrix. Deploy Lean methodology to simplify and improve material transactions. Exhibit outstanding leadership and effectively communicate well with all levels of the organization including senior leadership. Ensure systemic accuracy of inventory
Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control)
Drive Leadership and Operational reviews at the site
Establish EHS compliance at site, including scrap / disposals n accordance with regulatory / GE policy
Conduct daily walks on the floor and the receiving dock to investigate and resolve material issues
Manage Phase In / Phase Out (NPI) to minimize obsolete material
Provide supply analysis data and recommendations as necessary. Provide fulfillment update for Sourcing reviews
Work with Local and Global Sourcing Commodity Leaders to execute on Supplier fulfillment plan and understand global strategy to meet Sourcing objectives
Work closely together with the responsible Quality Engineers to ensure quality requirements are met and start qualification workflow and place First Peace Orders, set up regular meetings with Quality Engineers
Know, understand and follow Sourcing procedures
Bachelor’s Engineering degree from an accredited college at least 12+ years of experience in leading a Warehouse Site, involving resource planning, Material Planning and Procurement
Master’s degree in Materials / Operation will be preferred.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
Strong PC and database management skills, including MS Office.
Experience with ERP systems
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities .
