As a CMC Pharmaceutical Development Director, you will provide Chemistry, Development and Controls (CMC) expertise to our growing portfolio of the diagnostic imaging tracers. Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead CMC development of new in-vivo diagnostic pharmaceuticals, to pre-clinical and clinical studies, and into commercial manufacturing

  • Give a quality expert support for marketing authorization applications and major variations

  • Develop and lead relationships with contract development & manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) and partners

  • Lead continuous improvement activities and implementation of LEAN tools across CMC development teams

  • Provide CMC pharmaceutical development expertise to the portfolio across all development stages and global applications

Qualifications/Requirements

  • PhD/MSc in pharmaceutics, biotechnology, chemistry, or similar

  • Significant experience from pharmaceutical industry, R&D development of chemistry, manufacturing, and controls

  • Strong scientific background

  • Ability to define solutions to complex challenges and identify efficient ways of working

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Team-player with business acumen

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Professional experience development of biopharmaceuticals

  • Established project management skills

  • Builds wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization

  • Openly shares information to solve problems with others
