Job Description Summary
As Artwork and Materials Change Coordination Specialist in GE Healthcare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics, you will have an important responsibility within the company's Global Quality and Regulatory Organization. The position's main tasks will primarily be to coordinate and ensure all changes to artwork for printed packaging materials and production materials in SAP are created, implemented and maintained in a correct and timely manner. The position will involve extensive contact with various functions in GEHC PDx, Manufacturing sites in Cork, Oslo and Shanghai and National Regulatory Affairs across the world. Ensuring good and efficient communication internally and externally will therefore be an important part of the tasks. You will act as Coordinator/Gatekeeper for the Artwork Change Management process and effectively be the project manager for each artwork change
You will monitor regulatory approvals and ensure correct and timely implementation of artwork for printed packaging materials for pharmaceutical products supplied from Cork, Oslo and Shanghai Manufacturing sites
You will create and update Material Masters and Master Recipes in SAP and support implementation at plant level, as well as deactivate at the end of lifecycle
You will prepare and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and other documentation
You will actively participate in projects related to LEAN process initiatives
Other relevant tasks and projects based on the person's qualifications and experience, as well as current needs within the department
Qualifications and experience
Educated to Bachelor's Degree level or equivalent experience
Experience from pharmaceutical industry and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Experience with Change Control principles is essential, and knowledge of Deviation/CAPA handling
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP system is essential, and knowledge of electronic Document Management systems (e.g. Veeva Vault)
Strong oral and written communication skills (English)
Experience working with downstream processes or project management is also an advantage
High degree of organization and coordination skills
Strong ability to form relationships and work in remote teams, whilst managing issues as they arise
Structured and systematic approach and enjoys taking responsibility in an active working day
Collaborative orientation, but also like to work independently and focused
Process-centric, detailed, focused skill set and ability to concentrate
