Job Description
OMLP is a 2-year rotational program for fresh graduates (graduated note more then 3 years) consisting of 4 six-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging assignments and world-class training. Training topics include lean, functional expertise (EHS, quality, materials, sourcing, manufacturing engineering, etc.), as well as leadership and personal development topics.
There are 3 mandatory rotation types every OMLP will complete:
Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor (people leader of hourly workforce)
Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow)
Technical – (quality, lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer)
Qualifications/Requirements:
A four-year Engineering or Supply Chain degree
Graduated not more then 3 years ago (we do not accept people who graduated more then 3 years ago)
Professional knowledge of Italian and advanced level of English
Desired Characteristics:
Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain (preferred)
Preference will be given to persons with a major in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
Ability to solve problems in a team / manufacturing environment
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to connect with all levels of the organization, innovation driven, customer focused, lean mindset, team player, and accountable
A strong commitment to a career in manufacturing/supply chain
