General Electric Sr Director - Program Management Integrations & Separations in Norwalk, Connecticut
Lead critically important programs to drive and accelerate business divestiture activity for GE Capital businesses. This role is responsible for identifying systems and services that require transitional services to a third party buyer as well as monitoring/tracking execution. In addition, will coordinate and manage program related aspects of separation/ migration/integration from GE/GECC. The role requires significant coordination across many DT and functional teams.
Oversee and/or lead projects related to asset separations.
Oversee and/ or lead technology projects for GECC business separations and integrations related to asset sales and business re-organizations in the Financing vertical (leasing, lending, factoring, capital solutions).
Support Financing CIO in the execution, coordination, monitoring and oversight of activities to meet business timelines. Collaborate and work with functional teams and other DT teams in the identification, planning and execution of separation and TSA deliverables.
Manage data (pre & post close) and project order requests .. driving adherence to governance process.
Lead creation and implementation of operating mechanisms to ensure appropriate monitoring & management of integration & separation programs and projects, including development of metrics to maintain accountability and measure execution against goals and objectives.
Ensure other Digital Technology stakeholder teams are kept informed of current status and are provided with data and information as requested.
Drive common standards & consistency in processes. In partnership with peers, identify & create relevant standards, select & refine KPI’s, set goals and targets.
Assist with the integration of teams into the organization. Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Finance
Minimum 8+ years’ experience managing technology projects
Minimum 8+ years of working with financial systems and/or product sub-ledger platforms. (project/support).
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (i.e. resources, customers, deliverables)Eligibility Requirements:
