Role Summary:

The Payment Run Ops and Infrastructure Senior Analyst, M&A Support will be responsible supporting M&A related activities including but not limited to gathering and analyzing data stored in Treasury Management System (TMS), assist in setting up and maintaining Treasury infrastructure needed to support businesses on TSA, working with banking partners and external vendors as needed, and providing on-going business in all stages of M&A.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Data collection and analysis.

  • Treasury Management Systems administration and support.

  • Act as primary point of contact for Business and Treasury stakeholders.

  • Support Payment and Infrastructure requests related to Acquisitions/Divestitures and Business restructuring activities.

  • Help create and maintain Acquisitions/Divestitures and Business restructuring related trackers and pitches.

  • Work cross-functionally with Cash Management, Intercompany Billing, and Bank Admin Teams as needed.

  • Work with banks/counterparties and 3rd party vendors.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science

  • A minimum of 4 years of business experience in corporate treasury, information systems, product or banking

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience working with cash, banking or treasury systems

  • Proficiency with SQL

  • Prior experience with treasury management and accounting systems/applications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills – ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of GE TMS(s) is a huge plus

  • Adaptable/flexible: open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances. Able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Experience in a matrix and global environment preferred.

  • Experience working at a Corporate in their treasury or systems team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact cross functionally
