Job Description Summary
The primary responsibility of this role within the Energy Financial Services' ("EFS") Risk Organization will be to lead the businesses’ document retention program, support all required quarterly and monthly risk metric reporting and serve as a point of support/contact for the EFS Deal Teams with respect to the businesses’ deal flow management platform.
Responsible for managing EFS’ document retention program (both in digital and hard copy form) for all past and current transactions
Direct point of contact for all external relationships regarding EFS’ physical document retention and destruction programs
Support the EFS Risk Organization regarding all quarterly and monthly reporting requirements
Assist EFS Deal Teams with the businesses’ internal deal flow management platform specific to data input, deal team support issues and testing of new features.
Develop PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations, and prepare correspondence
Maintain and update various EFS documents and associated document repositories
Demonstrate and maintain high-level of integrity and discretion related to all deal related matters
Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Positive and professional; can do attitude
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities - prioritize effectively
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
