General Electric Lead Sales Manager in North Sydney, Australia
This position will be a customer facing role responsible for winning business within GE Steam Power. Flexible on location along the east coast with the opportunity to make this your own home or office based role.
Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects. Mainly within the Newcastle/Hunter Valley NSW area, but also ranging across the A&NZ region.
Develops vision a important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective.
Leads business development planning processes for this market.
Complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.
Products and systems are client specific and require customization.
Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
Responsible for selling the GE Steam Power portfolio to new and existing accounts
Department is involved in medium-large sales.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales Origination.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Demonstrated experience in an industrial industry
