The Fleet Leader will be responsible to ensure that all administrative requirements of company fleet are fulfill, in order to keep all vehicles operatives in a safe and effective manner. In this role you will be required to develop, implement and execute the necessary processes to secure that local permits, documentations as well as other administrative requirements related with vehicles are completed in timely manner
Manageall administrative processes related with Automotive registration. As part ofthis task it will
necessaryto concur at official agencies to carry out the respective process.
Manageall local permits required to secure the fleet operation (VTV, RUTA, Vialidad,etc)
Develop,Implement and execute the necessary processes to follow up and ensure all
administrativerequirements are performed in timely manner
Uploadoriginal and updated documentation in the respective data base
Supportdocument control team with fleet data as required
Managefuel supply system (Edenred, YPF en Ruta, etc), setting fuel cards, preparingreports to
businessleadership for expense control purpose
Develop,Implement and execute the necessary processes to follow up and facilitatevehicles
Providefleet maintenance and repair reports to business leadership
- Bachelor’sdegree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GEDwith at least 4 years of experience in a support or field engineering role)
IntermediateEnglish level (desired).
