Role Summary:

Develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements. Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive). Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Engineering Procure Construct tendering and project execution phases.

  • Verify contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability.

  • Establish and execute project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract.

  • Ensure customer quality requirements are met

  • Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons LearnedDevelops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in theorganizations.

  • Works together with business leadership at SPB and EB level.

  • Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes ofresearch done.

  • Delivers products as part of a team, working in cross functional teams.


  • HNC or Equivalent in Engineering or Science Subject

  • Internal Auditor

  • Relevant experience in a similar quality role

  • If currently a GE employee you must have been in your current position for at least 12 months and have at least a strong contributor rating

  • Ability to travel where required
