Job Description Summary
GE Aviation - Muskegon offers complete machining capability, specializing in deep hole drilling and shaping of the super alloy components used in aerospace, industrial gas turbines, and steam turbines. Metalworking capabilities include laser drilling, electrical discharge machining (EDM) and conventional machining equipment, as well as in-house heat-treat and vacuum brazing processes.
Daily duties will include supporting customer service and PC hardware management, with additional projects depending on interest including web or mobile application development, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Application Express development, java programming, manufacturing machine interfaces; as well as exposure to SQL, Oracle databases and applications, Cisco networking and IP Telephony, Active Directory, and customer service.
GE Aviation - Muskegon's computer environment includes Windows 10, and 2012 Servers, Solaris, Linux, Oracle Applications, Java applications, Oracle SQL databases and tools, and Microsoft Office.
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding

Attending a full time matriculated and nationally accredited baccalaureate or graduate program specifically in software or technology
