Responsible for scoping, planning and delivering expert professional services to connect our IT solutions to existing Information Systems such as HIS/RIS/EMR and PACS.
Participate in / Lead system integration activities in projects
Scope and plan efficiently projects tasks with custome, project partners (system integrators, application vendors) and internal project team to ensure delivery towards agreed milestones and project closure.
Analyse, define and agree with customer and project partners on requirements and specification.
Install and configure products (mostly remote) based on agreed specification, and carry out test and validation activities (from internal testing through to customer acceptance and go live).
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders at all levels during service delivery.
Complete accurate documentation according to internal processes and guidelines.
Support Sales staff and potential future partners during presales phase on project definition, scope of work estimation and quotes preparation. Represent the company in presentations, customer meetings, workshops.
Respond to system integration related 3rd level support requests and technical queries from customers.
Provide expertise internally as well as to 3. parties (distributors) on the configuration of our IT solutions.
Contribute to further development of our IT solutions by providing system integration related input during technical reviews and by supporting validation tests. Collaborate with colleagues locally and worldwide to improve interoperability of the company's products
Contribute across the business in all functional disciplines as required to achieve its objectives.
BS to Master degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, Electrical/Medical Engineering or equivalent level of experience in a technically related field
Experience in service, ideally for healthcare IT products
Practical experience with small to mid-size project management
Familiar with all recent Windows OS as well as basic network communication
Good knowledge of common Healthcare IT standards such as HL7, DICOM, IHE and experience with clinical workflows and PACS technology
SQL and DB knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English and German; any additional language is a plus
Excellent capabilities to organize, build a plan and prioritize
Autonomy and proactivity as well as strong team player skills. Effective at working in virtual teams using online modern collaboration tools
Strong problem analysis and solving skills; very comfortable analysing complex requirements and issues in clinical workflows
Strong customer orientation
