Job Description Summary

Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement projects for various customers in Europe, including managing activities of staff and subcontractors.

  • As a primary customer contact for the duration of each project, you will lead the project team, help resolve specification issues, handle correspondence with customer and internal stakeholders, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate/coordinate with staff as appropriate.

  • Communicates decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of leadership within the organization regarding business unit requests, projects and initiatives

  • Runs operating rhythms to mitigate risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of projects and keeps relevant stakeholders in loop throughout delivery life cycle.

  • Partners with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.g. margin reviews, on time delivery, other opportunities for business development)

  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute strategy.

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Digital Project Management.

  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Fluent English.

  • At least one other language spoken fluently (Russian, French, German, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese).

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Experience with Asset Performance Management or Operations Performance Management software.

  • Experience in Power Generation or Oil & Gas industries preferred.
