Job Description Summary
Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.
This opportunity is for a Senior Solution Integrator working on our ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management Solutions) suite of products. You will join the global international team with varied skill set responsible for design, implementation, commissioning and support services for our customers that manage electrical distribution grid.
Roles and Responsibilities
Contribute to the implementation of ADMS solutions utilizing the Software Suite. Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects. Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, participating in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations. Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments. Also make standard recommendations on workflow, application, interface, reports, testing and uploads to customers through the implementation process. Is responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups and will be required to work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Works actively on optimization of the deployment process, implementation of Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment and Test automation processes with the DevOps teams

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Ideal subjects: Computer Science, IT Networking, Power Engineering.
Proven years of experience in Services: software systems integration, development, testing and commissioning.
Willingness and ability to undertake work on customer sites both Russia and abroad (ranging from one day visits to 2 weeks plus)

Fluent Russian and upper intermediate English languages
Experience in three or more of the following areas:
Programming languages (C/C++/C#, Java)
SQL (Oracle preferred)
Linux server administration
Scripting languages (python, perl, shell. vb)
SOA technologies and Web Services
Data management – data design, migration, engineering, cleansing
DevOps automation technologies (helm, chef, Jenkins)
Automated testing technologies
Experience in Energy and Utilities sectors
Experience with distribution automation including SCADA and substation automation, Smart Grid, Meters and Home Area Networks, Communications/protocols in the electricity industry
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
