Job Description Summary
The RCIS Marketing Leader is responsible for setting, communicating, and delivering strategy, growth and marketing programs for the Zone, working in partnership with sales channels and segment franchise marketing teams across Healthcare systems portfolio. Being close to the customers in the Zone, she/he will develop local market, competitive and customers insights, she/he will nurture local Key Opinion Leaders and drive local marketing plan to increase visibility & profitable growth of the Zone.
Drive and enhance strategic positioning of the covered countries, in partnership with the Zone GMs & EMEA CMO, being the central point of contact, integrator and gate keeper to drive priorities that maximise the profitable growth of the Zone;
Be the local market listening poles , in close contact with customers, identifying growth opportunities and highlight competitors’ threats;
Strengthen positioning with key local Strategic Accounts / KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) / DOLs (Digital Opinion Leaders) / Local Government / Zone Medical Societies / Reference sites to increase GE Healthcare’s win rate and expand access, including partnership setup and grow solutions;
Develop local marketing plan with the right marketing mix, in partnership with the business, in order to contribute to funnel growth by high quality lead generation, localizing of marketing campaigns, driving local digital marketing activities, promotion and events;
Create proof points to be used locally (and when relevant globally) with the goal to improve value proposition of our solutions (e.g. written and video testimonials, case studies, podcasts, ...), supporting the Commercial force to be effective in partnership with the Central Marketing and Modalities teams:
Drive funnel growth/demand gen by executing marketing plan and by driving segmentation & targeting to increase salesforce effectiveness;
Support & partner to drive market development (e.g. solutions, care pathways, access to funding, ...)
Drive optimized customer experience across channels; Implement segmentation framework and deep understanding of segment needs and desired outcomes. Develop and drive execution of segment value propositions and positioning accordingly.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent. Master’s/MBA degree preferred;
Senior profile, with 10+ years of relevant experiences;
Significant marketing leadership experience successfully leading direct and indirect teams;
Extensive sales/marketing/product leadership experience within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market;
Leadership skills to shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy;
Deep expertise in market and customer insights; Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions;
Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer-first attitude;
Fluency in English and Russian languages;
Willingness to travel;
