General Electric Primary Care Leader, US in Moscow, Russia

Role Summary:Primary Care Leader, US is accountable to grow sales revenue and margins for a specific GEHC product/ product range or segment within RCIS within a European Region. He/ she optimizes the use of resources to cover market potential for product/ product range or segment in order to achieve the Operating plan in RCIS.

Essential Responsibilities:Primary Care Leader, US is responsible for:

•Updating the European Accessible Care Team of evolving market and customer needs to drive the continuous product offering adapted to local market needs;

•Building, reviewing and optimizing the distribution network regularly to communicate with peers in Europe to exchange information;

•Reviewing Orders Performance of Distribution partners and ensure their forecast is included into US PSI forecast;

•Is accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales per the normal reporting cycles within the Product Business unit and Geographical Region;

•Providing input to and contribute to the yearly business planning cycles for their Business unit and Geographical Region e.g. Growth Playbook, Session II;

•Continuously updating their understanding of customers changing clinical and and/or operational issues and challenges;

•Understanding and analyzing market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities;

•Leading, educating, coaching and directing the differentiation (position, value proposition and key messages) of the products/ service within the assigned territory;

•Acting as a reference point to the Region/ Zone sales channels regarding differentiation of their products. Is accountable to ensure compliance and execution with regional Account Managers and Region Managers;

•Is responsible to ensure that all team members utilize the required sales systems to create pipeline visibility and assist accurate forecasting;

•Driving ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.

Qualifications/Requirements:•Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 5 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physics) or Life Sciences field;

•Strong Knowledge of GEHC and products and services offered within the modality;

•Strong business acumen;

•Financial and organizational skills;

•Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills;

•Presentation and interpersonal skills;

•Able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships;

•Ability to energize, develop and build rapport, collaboration and influence within an organization;

•Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble;

•Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward thinking and customer first attitude;

•Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and other data-based programs);

•Fluent in English and Russian languages.
