General Electric Marketing Manager-Product Marketing in Moscow, Russia

Job Description Summary

Plan, coordinate and manage all marketing elements for the responsible product including market understanding, marketing plan development, formulating a targeted value proposition and tailoring the marketing mix for the segment. Create and implement marketing strategies for the responsible product.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Understanding market threats and opportunities, market trends / customer insights and competition

  • Developing marketing strategies and the tactical solutions by smartly applying segmentation, targeting and positioning

  • Creating and implementing marketing plans through internal training, customer education collaboration, key account involvement / projects

  • Aligning resources (Equipment, Modality, R&D, central marketing, MarComm, PR, Medical Affair, etc.)

  • Developing and maintaining key opinion leaders (KOL) pool

  • Managing budget for promotional activities and travels

  • Owning business of Sonazoid through business reviews, key account involvement, performance monitoring and utilization of programs

  • Product life cycle management

  • Supporting to expand the dealer channel and provide the promotion tools, if necessary

  • Training the dealer and improving their professional ability, if necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years experience in marketing, product marketing or related field

  • Excellent communications / influencing skills

  • Strong analytical and process skills

  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

  • High proficiency in English to support global communication

  • Quick learning skill and culture adaption capacity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven performance track record

  • Healthcare product / industry acumen

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field is highly preferred

  • Experience in drug/medical device related to Liver Cancer (clinician) is highly preferred

  • Experience in medical device related to Ultrasound is highly preferred
