Roles and Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support to marketing department, processes for One GE events, support for business processes for Add& Promo, coordination cross functional contacts and initial information collection from business for PR projects, brand book implementation with stakeholders, slides translation into Russian/English
Support Marketing Team in all related administrative tasks. Produce inventory tracker, order Adds& Promo as well as chancellery , presentations, meeting agendas, emails, and any external mailings;
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
Provide calendar, meeting, and conference team management.
Support with general office administration, the global Group Staff Sr. Administrators.
May input departmental invoices and help manage budget inquires by working closely with the financial support manager.
May enter temporary support request into My Resources or other generating system.
May run reports in excel, access, business objects, and other data gathering programs.
May input and update data into Oracle databases.
May provide tactical support to a function or P&L by answering questions on support central sites and on various internal processes and e-tools.
May help to keep organization charts up to date as directed.
May help to accurately maintain customer pricing files and complete contract data entry.
May send out customer brochures or correspondence, or document leads.
May help generate reviews and file pharmacy reports.
Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program
Good command in written and spoken English (upper-intermediate and above) and fluent Russian
Ability to work 30-40 hours per week in a dynamic, changing environment (flexible hours)
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, with ability and confidence to effectively interface with senior management and high profile clients.
Familiarity and working knowledge of relational databases and knowledge of the GE Internet, Support Central, and other relevant applications desirable.
Extremely well organized, with attention to detail, yet able to multi-task in an environment of changing priorities.
Intellectually sharp, able to grasp concepts, and can think/learn quickly.
