General Electric Lead MR Product Sales Specialist in Moscow, Russia

Job Description Summary

Responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for their products/solutions/services in an assigned territory, and/or in a list of named accounts individually or as part of a One GE Healthcare team. Act as the clinical/technical expert to establish and continuously develop the relationship with departmental and technical decision makers in their assigned accounts and where applicable work in conjunction with Account Executives and Managers to gain access to C-Suite decision makers

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow market dynamics including competition situations, customer needs, product evolutions to aid business forecast and planning

  • Creating proposals and sales quotations according with clients’ requests and technical requirements

  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel

  • Keep close contact with KOL within assigned territory, to promote latest product and clinical development from GE Healthcare, collect firsthand customer feedback and needs on GE products/services

  • Support multimodality deals to provide best turn-key solutions to customers

  • Implementation of the marketing strategy in LCT including participation and organization of national/local conferences and masterclasses

  • Maintaining satisfactory after-sales relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled while identifying opportunities that satisfy customer needs

  • Ensure delivery on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment sales.

  • Engagement in LCT & modality operational mechanisms including deals analysis, key accounts and territory reviews

  • Negotiation and deal support on-site and on-line, interfacing with all key buying influencers. Be able present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers

  • Sales trainings to all GE sales team members and channel partners on strategy and product offerings

Minimum Requirements:

  • More than 5 years working experience in the healthcare commercial sales, preferably MRI imaging

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including tough negotiations and executive level conversations

  • Strong interpersonal acumen, be able to build up solid relationship with people

  • Solid process orientation and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Good business acumen, sensitivity to the dynamics in market with good strategic thinking capacity

  • Strong understanding of Russian procurement regulatory including antimonopoly regulations

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Willingness and ability to travel significantly within defined region

  • Upper intermediate English both in oral and written
