Job Description Summary

You will support service delivery team in daily operational tasks including but not limited to tracking customer/partner requests, organizing business-critical documentation archiving process etc. You will explore how correct documenting of field operations is the essential part of process when you are part of medical diagnostics and treatment business, impacting both ability to meet regulatory requirements and business metrics.

Job Description

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Driving operational excellence on the service delivery processes under responsibility, focused on customer needs, process standards, quality and productivity

  • Being part of SMax deployment team, supporting transition, working on data validation, clean up and loading

  • Driving data analysis and business case development for key projects

  • Developing productivity initiatives/projects to reduce cost, improve efficiency, eliminate manual work and increase speed of service

  • Monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on daily basis

  • Ensuring compliance to quality and regulatory requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Up to 2 years of experience

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Experience on statistical and/or data management tools

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment

  • Ability to work independently with minimum direction

  • Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills

  • Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills

  • Proficiency in English
