General Electric Business Operations Specialist in Moscow, Russia

Role Summary:

Business Operations Specialist provides administrative support to LS department in matters of document circulation. Closely interacts with customers on contracting. Also his/her responsibilities include analytical work, report processing and communication within the department.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for:

• Maintenance and management of contracts with customers relating to all processes, including changes and additions to existing contracts;

• Work with permanent document circulation;

• Correct and timely invoicing of customers for the provision of products / services under a contract or on non-contractual operations within the area of his/her responsibility;

• Timely resolution of disputes with customers on invoicing together with the Sales department and Service teams;

• Ability to work in all financial platforms and systems necessary to perform his/her work;

• Case management and disputes management;

• First line support for incoming equipment requests: relocate orders for KAM’s according to regional and product split, and also to distributors;

• Work with the Sales, Service and Marketing departments to solve technical and other issues related to sales processes of the Life Sciences department;

• Sales department events support;

• Maintaining communication with customers, where necessary, maintaining the activity of the Sales department in the period after the sale;

• Assisting Sales managers, analyze sales and performance results, forecast orders and ensure that information is kept up to date;

• Preparation of information in accordance with the internal standards and technical specifications for the managers of work with clients;

• Effective management and prioritization of work on various projects not under the constant supervision of the Manager;

• Maintenance of document circulation of service contracts on sales with corresponding applications;

• Continuous improvement of activities by identifying shortcomings in the processes and quality of products and further searching for solutions to problems;

• Knowledge and understanding of all policies and instructions of the company and carrying out activities within them to ensure that the company's policies and rules are not violated in the area of responsibility and control of a Specialist.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in medical or technical field;

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience;

• Proficient in use of MS Office;

• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right from the first time;

• High level of telephone and customer care skills;

• Good time management skills;

• Ability to work with accuracy and minimum supervision;

• Fluent English;

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Russian;

• Ability to multitask and be resourceful.
