Roles and Responsibilities
This HR Specialist role partners with managers to drive a positive employee experience by coaching leaders to hire, inspire, develop, and retain the talented employees that create customer success. You will work within a collaborative eco-system of onsite HR peers ranging from HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Compensation, Workforce Planning, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
Be the first point of contact for managers and employees, executing talent strategies associated with building a world-class organization
Support the employee experience by coaching leaders to hire, inspire, develop and retain talent
Partner with various HRBPs and stakeholders across multiple client groups; Collaborate within in the eco-system of HR peers including Comp, TA, Workforce Planning and Learning & Development
Advise managers on employee relations related issues to ensure consistent, transparent application of policies and practices; own investigations when needed
Engage with employees regularly to become an expert of our people and the way they work in order to create best in class working experiences
Coach managers to create meaningful, personalized development plans
Influence hiring to ensure we continue to hire world-class IT employees with industry-leading capabilities
Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
Required Qualifications
This role requires 4 years experience in the Human Resources & HR Generalist. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Advanced English Level
