Job Description Summary
Lead the design and implementation of GEHC Digital customer engagement platform & solutions. Understand Digital Business priorities and requirements, globally across GE Healthcare P&Ls/ regions and define a strategy for web convergence across various offerings to the customers.
Work closely with marketing, functional, content teams & leadership globally for scoping, prioritizing, planning Digital customer engagement & experience solutions, using digital technologies / marketing tech stack
Drive seamless customer hand off on multiple marketing and content technology set including but not limited to web, education and other customer touchpoints
Manage budgets and contracts associated with project(s) or initiative(s).
Engage and work closely with functional, marketing and business owners to ensure timely follow-up of agreed actions and documentation
Identify risks, roadblocks to execution, and impacts on project and develop mitigation actions, highlight any impact on project deadlines and financials to the stakeholders.
Drives holistic approach for digital customer engagement across the purchasing including SEO, analytics, touchpoints, etc
Leads integrated approach of gehealthcare.com convergence along with omni-channel strategy for unified customer experience
Work closely with the marketing teams to drive Technology and marketing strategies and roadmaps to align with organizational priorities
Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure success
B.Tech / BE with 11+ years of IT Experience
Experience in B2B and/or B2C, multisite, multi-country & multi-language digital solution roll-outs with a strong focus on User Experience.
Experience in implementing Web Content Management solutions like Sitecore, Adobe CQ5, OpenText ECM, etc.
Experience in Agile methodology
Experience with process quality methodology
Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication
Product management experience in global environments
Demonstrated effective organization & multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions.
Awareness of and ability to deliver compliance requirements
Clear thinker and business-focused problem solver
