Job Description Summary

The Digital Selling & eCommerce Segment Manager for the GE Healthcare (GEHC) Marketplace will be responsible for the transformation, integration, and acceleration of GEHC's Digital Selling strategy across our software portfolio. The Digital Selling & eCommerce Segment Manager is responsible for partnering with assigned product lines to develop and implement an eCommerce & marketplace experience encompassing different customer journeys. Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and implementation of a software marketplace for all GE Healthcare digital offerings, creating an impactful roadmap for lead generation and a true eCommerce experience across our software portfolio and relevant 3rd party software

  • Own the relationship with main business units, drafting a strategy for growth aligned with our Customer Digital Experience goals and roadmap.

  • Own the software digital marketplace roadmap and associated revenue goals for the product portfolios; coordinate prioritization among digital product, user experience, engineering and marketing teams to bring the roadmap to life.

  • Understand deeply the software product business models, go to market and wing to wing commercial process to identify digital selling opportunities and work with product development team to prioritize features for higher impact in growth and the best user experience

  • Keep up to date with the best tools, trends and technology available in the market to create a leading eCommerce and marketplace experience for B2B software purchase

  • Track and execute on project deliverables and growth revenue commitments and work with optimization, marketing and business leaders to iterate towards bettering adoption rates

  • Influence and partner with business leaders and critical stakeholders for the prioritization of digital selling to meet customer requirements within the software products go to market strategy

  • Educate to drive adoption of products and digital selling tools developed

  • Create and drive digital strategy and vision with an emphasis on delivering transformational change and positive disruption

  • Evangelize and socialize opportunities to key internal stakeholders including but not limited to: presentations, internal communications and business cases

  • Maintain partnerships amongst cross-functional teams such as Sales, Brand and Product by sharing data, information and strategy to support digital selling related initiatives

  • Provide input to business cases, financial analysis, and gather internal support/approval to new business opportunities identified within the product line/region assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or Technical field required, MBA preferred

  • Strong business acumen with proven strategic planning, ability to execute/implement on strategic design and a track record of profitable growth

  • Previous experience with marketplace strategy and eCommerce for software products

  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management tools

  • Previous experience managing SaaS sales products

  • Previous experience with Software Product Management

  • Previous experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive level

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment

  • Fast learner, highly motivated, and creative

  • Self-starter who can deliver with minimal supervision

  • Team player that is reliable, flexible, helpful and works well in a collaborative environment

  • Client-centric and service-oriented positive attitude

  • Ability to operate under pressure, within tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment
