Own and deliver financial performance to OP targets for the USA Distributor Channel Partner portfolio and segment businesses.
Identify target end user accounts and create account plans in conjunction with Channel Partner.
Create and continuously develop Channel Partner specific business plans and set stretch goals and objectives.
Drive incoming leads to opportunity and work collaboratively with USA Distributor product sales specialist.
Continuously develop relationships and drive mindshare with the GE Distributor sales reps and authorized channel partners and its field sales team.
Provide representatives with GE product knowledge and approved sales collateral to advance the sales process with the potential end user.
Develop metrics to measure progress to make tools more effective for channel partners and to make the employees more efficient.
Ensure data analytics drive decision making for budgeting and financial planning and analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve visibility, win rate and share performance across P&L , Markets and Regions.
Lead Sales Operations processes & mechanisms and coordinate their implementation with channel partners.
Manage channel partner relationships on day-to-day basis and provide transactional support while managing personal funnel and activity documented in SFDC.
Act as business development coach to grow the Channel Partner capability.
Simplify the point of contact between GEHC and Channel Partner and proactively align internal GE resources to support Channel Partner.
Schedule joint sales calls with Channel Partner & relevant GE commercial teams as opportunities to coach and maintain relationships with the customer decision makers and support the coordination of remote or in person product demonstrations with potential end user customer, channel partner sales representative and internal GE Distributor resources.
Drive channel partner field activity supporting channel partners with field travel, attending meetings, and training and education.
Support Installed Base Projects, initiatives as developed by segment sales and marketing leadership within assigned territory.
Drive Leads to Opportunity in SFDC with coordination with segment PSSs in assigned territory, including Trade Show Lead Follow Up, 800# & Web and eCommerce Leads.
Transactional support of Channel partners purchase orders and field level PSSs as needed to accomplish business financial objectives.
Territory support for segment leadership in case open territories within defined territory.
Support a culture of highest integrity and compliance within the authorized Channel Partner community and with the segment product sales specialists.
Bachelor's degree completion.
2+ years of small capital equipment or pharmaceutical sales experience, or 1+ years of clinical or clinical applications experience focused on Imaging equipment, or 2+ years GEHC experience in customer facing role(s) (such as Imaging Service or GEHC Inside Sales roles).
Strong business finance and GEHC USA commercial operational knowledge.
Successful experience in multi-stakeholder environment.
High ethics and integrity.
Understanding of contracts, legal, commercial & negotiation skills.
Proven coordination and influencing skills to set and drive an agenda with third parties, field sales representatives and peers within your business Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs.
Strong business coaching experience.
Ability to build rapport, energize and influence people Interpersonal flexibility and tolerance.
Loves to build relationships and is able to empathize with and connect together our authorized partners, field sales, functional support team members and ultimately clinicians using ultrasound to positively impact the lives of their patients.
Experience in Healthcare related sales or marketing with a strong record of account management success.
Strong expertise in local Healthcare Legislation and regulations.
Proven success in managing sales channels of multiple products in Healthcare equipment sales.
Demonstrated success or ability to support sales remotely.
Experience with Salesforce.com and Apptus Direct and/or indirect leadership experience.
Ability to analyze business models, implement executable strategy and plans USA Imaging experience and product familiarity.
