Job Description Summary
In this role you will be responsible to support GE Healthcare sales building tailored leasing solutions driving customer satisfaction and meeting desired income target for GE HFS.
The person can be based in Italy.
Roles and Responsibilities
In your activity you will be focus on:
Achieve volume and margin targets
Gain and maintain a solid business relationship with assigned customers / accounts to generate more business through a disciplined contact strategy
Assist customers in large value transactions and ensure that relevant GE expertise is
employed as required to support in closing formal bids, tenders and structured transactions, ensure these are correctly administered and tracked
- Promote value added products and services to differentiate from competitors and
- Create account plans and forecasts for Commercial Leadership Team to maximize
business volume and profitability
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal resources based on the principles of total
account management. Provide timely, relevant and accurate information on our management information, product and service commitments to the customer to enable the originations team to deliver our commitments
- Demonstrate full use of technology in delivering a professional, efficient and timely service to
internal and external customers e.g., PowerPoint, Excel
Significant Account Management experience within the Leasing industry
Track record of achieving goals and objectives within accounts (including dealers), evidence of achieving goals through strong internal and customer relationships
Ability to understand leasing business pricing structure, technical knowledge of tax, administrative and legal issues around leasing
Ability to work in a fast changing and evolving environment
Fluency in English, Italian mother tongue level
Based in Italy
Basic understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis
Excellent organizing and planning skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to document, plan, and execute programs and teamwork.
