General Electric Sales Manager Inspection Technologies in Mexico City, Mexico

Role Summary:

The sales manager will be responsible for achieving specified quarterly orders target within assigned territory and product line through direct and indirect sales

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Learn product offerings within portfolio and translate into customer requirements

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans, drive current channels to increase BHGE share of mind/resources

  • Perform sales and technical discussions with potential clients and channels in territory of Mexico and Central America to drive orders growth

  • Identify and cultivate strategic relationships within GE to growth BHGE awareness and intercompany sales.

  • Location: Preference Mexico City/Queretaro/Monterey


  • 8 years sales and channel management experience

  • Customer centric mindset focused on building and improving customer relationships

  • Value and outcome selling skills

  • Proven track record of exceeding orders / sales quotas

  • Goal oriented, high energy with strong values

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions

  • Able to work under pressure and strong interpersonal skills that enable working relationships externally (customers) and internally

  • Travel availability

  • Fluent in English & Spanish

  • Engineer degree/Technical degree

Desired Characteristics:

  • Knowledge of non destructive testing products

  • Industrial market knowledge at automotive, metals, aerospace and/or power generation segments
