Job Description Summary

As the Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the PET supply chain manufacturing operation in the Americas, on both commercialized products and products in clinical development. Key activities are coordination of the flow of materials/ product between GEHC, CMOs, and end customers - from order to billing.

Our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business is a global leader in imaging agents, used to improve and enhance the images that radiologists use to diagnose and monitor disease. We support healthcare professionals in the administration of neurology, cardiology and oncology procedures that are used to image three patients around the world, every second.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials between supplier, contract manufacturers and customers, according to production schedules

  • Executing standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work, (e.g., reporting according to our Key Performance Indicators

  • Follow up and execution of purchase orders & billing

  • Reconciliation of invoices from suppliers and vendors

  • Daily follow up/ coordination between contract manufacturers and internal GEHC stakeholders

  • On board training of new contract manufacturing sites with regards to operational tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in supply chain operations)

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in supply chain

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills (English)

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to document, plan, and execute on tasks

  • Previous Experience with SAP
