Job Description Summary

Under the supervision of the EC&I Supervisor, execute Electrical, Instrumentation and Control maintenance activities at the Combined Cycle Power Station (CCPP).

Job Description

General Description

  • Execute EC&I related maintenance activities according to the workplan provided by the CMMS and approved by the EC&I Supervisor.

  • Maintain Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety processes per local regulations and GE’s requirements.

  • Responsible to alert the EI&C Supervisor on any deviation from the instructions as issued in the procedure and require his assessment.

  • Responsible to assist in reducing maintenance cost by efficient use of consumables, parts and tools and preventing their loss or damage.

  • Participate in O&M experience exchange events.

Required Qualifications

  • Electrical/Electronic Engineering BSc degree.

  • Substantial knowledge of engineering practices, processes and troubleshooting involved in EC&I maintenance of an industrial facility.

  • Good knowledge of typical EC&I tools and equipment.

  • Understanding of CMMS related to maintenance ( W.O. creation, feedback and closing, purchase ordering,…)

  • Understanding of PTW system.

  • Two years of experience in EC&I maintenance (One at least in EC&I maintenance of CCPP).

  • The ability to speak and communicate effectively in English and in the local language.

  • Good organizational skills.

  • Achievement and goal oriented, trustworthy and reliable.
