Roles and Responsibilities:

This position involves working within the QA Department as a support to the manufacturing process. This role provides administrative and technical support to the department including investigation and disposition of defective parts, creation and maintenance of standard defect lists, and part measurement and testing.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Product Quality support for manufacturing

  • Defective part investigation (measurement, testing, containment)

  • Implementation of improvements (instructions, process changes, design changes)

  • Sustainment of improvements (control plans, Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)


  • Associates degree or relevant work experience

  • Knowledge of relevant Excel / Word packages

  • Strong verbal and written skills

Desired Characteristics

  • Highly organized and motivated

  • Familiarity with measurement and test tools

  • Experience troubleshooting and solving technical problems

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
