The Lead Program Integrator (LPI) drives initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering and Program Management function and interfaces with other functions to provide effective coordination of program priorities, metrics (KPI), functional processes, and cross-functional efforts. This role will be responsible to lead standard operational/technical tasks critical to program priorities to improve safety, quality, financial, and delivery outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities
Supporting the Program Manager, ensures that multi-functional projects integrate properly within the product/program. Optimize team performance across the program value chain, functionally and technically.
Ability to proactively manage cross-functional interdependencies to maximize team efficiency and avoid gaps/delays in mid to long-term execution. Anticipate integration issues and discern appropriate actions to progress the team forward.
Connects planning and cross-functional impacts of product NPI, Installed Base, Obsolescence and End-of Life.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Uses judgment and can propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Demonstrated execution for meeting project goals while satisfying scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget CTQ’s.
Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills .
