Job Description Summary
The CTE Lynn- F414/F404 Manufacturing Programs Production Leader is responsible for coordinating and collaborating supply chain activity with engineering, project, and quality to ensure that CTE business plans are achieved. This includes: the MSO (Military Systems Operation) sales plan, the
LATO (Lynn assembly, test & overhaul) build plan, DPASS rated USG (United States Government) contracts, PBL, field support of installed fleet, and
introduction of new programs.
Involves managing complex issues within functional areas of expertise, sales execution, customer collaboration, and long term planning
CTE Lynn Product line ownership
Lynn Assembly, Test & Overhaul (LATO) Operations project interface & key contributing team member
Production ramp readiness efforts related to supply chain capacity and performance
MSO / Supply Chain coordinated communications leadership
Sales and Operating Plan execution
DCMA production interface and collaboration
Field support supply chain focal point
Critical hardware resolution, allocation and abatement planning
Engineering coordination and interface focal point
Product Control Board member
CID / ECP Introduction execution
Source change coordination
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Product or Program management
Or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 8 years of of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Product or Program management
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
Demonstrated success leading and influencing cross-functional teams
Prior experience with customer interfacing and negotiations
Strong presentation skills including ability to report out to all levels
Ability to make decisions in the face of limited or conflicting data
Courage to take ownership for finding resolutions for issues and challenges
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple organizations simultaneously
Strong oral and written communication skills
