Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the GE Healthcare Account Team encompassing total responsibility for 100% of the GE Healthcare business at assigned accounts

  • Analyze accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare products & services. Drive marketing programs at the account level.

  • Lead and leverage the entire Account Team across sales and service to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to customers as needed

  • Develop & implement Go–to-Market plans with Zone cross functional teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Grow GE’s share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditures.

  • Establish and enhance relationships at CXO level with account headquarters through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate GE Healthcare resources.

Qualifications/Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years selling experience

  • Previous experience in the Healthcare industry and/or commercial sales

  • Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation & closing skills

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels

  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work wellwithin a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language

  • Must be willing to be located in Boston, MA

  • Valid motor vehicle license

Desired Characteristics :

  • Master’s degree2.5 years’ experience in closing large, complex, strategic deals

  • Proven account management and project planning skills

  • Direct or indirect management experience, preferably in a matrixed environment

  • Knowledge/experience with GE Healthcare product portfolio
