General Electric Manager, Quality and EHS in Lunderskov, Denmark

Role Summary:

Your main role will be to develop, maintain and manage the Test Quality Management System (TMS) within the Test and Validation Center. You will secure management of EHS within Test and Validation Center, and coordinate LEAN activities within Test and Validation Center.

Essential Responsibilities:

You will be leading a team of qualified EHS and quality colleagues, ensuring collaboration while delivering on the below:

  • Maintaining and developing the accreditation of relevant testing procedures according to ISO/IEC 17025

  • Planning, execution and follow-up of internal (and external) audits of Quality system as per the audit schedule or else needed.

  • Detecting nonconformance within procedures systems and ensure that the cause of the condition is determined and immediate corrective action is taken

  • Securing management of HSE including: optimization of safety procedures and environmental controls. You will be responsible to motivate the staff to follow safety rules, and be aware of EHS policy, so that that safety is treated as a priority within the Test and Validation Center. Qualifications/Requirements: If you are our new Manager, Quality and EHS, you:

  • Hold at minimum a Bachelor in Engineering

  • Have strong experience in Quality Management System

  • You are a lead auditor ISO 9001 and/or ISO 17025

  • You have a track record of motivating, inspiring, coaching and developing othersMoreover, you are a keen communicator, able to describe complex technical details in an efficient and clear way to a wide audience. You are able to accurately and clearly visualize complex datasets, extracting key elements and you show resourceful when it comes to presentation of results and data. You manage to think about the mid and long-term vision of the group and of the business.Finally, you like to think out-of-the box and can propose improvements to streamline your deliverables, and are able to work in a cross-cultural and diverse work environment.
