Job Description

This HR Business Partner for the Global Functions will be primarily responsible for the talent development, strategic workforce planning and human capital business strategy for Healthcare Financial Services and the US Function of Finance. The Global Healthcare Financial Services business is comprised of 250 employees that focus on the financial support for the sales of our healthcare products. The function of Finance in the US includes around 260 employees and also includes the HR leadership of critical development programs - Financial Management Development Program (FMDP) and Operational Finance Leadership Program (OFLP).

Work together with the Learning and Development Director for the functions and the Finance Development Programs Leadership to ensure that the appropriate curriculum and experiences are being curated to develop best in class talent to lead our Finance function in the future.

Ensure that our critical positions in these business segments are identified, those in these roles have development plans in place and leaders are investing in development where necessary. Lead career path projects and discussions and help build developmental opportunities in these areas.

Work together with the US Employee Solutions team to ensure that employee needs are being researched in a timely manner and be the escalation point when needed.

For the US Leadership team, where global connection is needed, partner with global Business Partners that also support these business segments.


  • 5+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience

  • BS/BA in related field to Human Resources or Business


  • Problem Solver that has demonstrated active participation and leadership to solve challenging people related concerns.

  • HR leader with ability to focus on talent development, employee and leader coaching and talent planning

  • Communication Skills: excellent active listening skills, coach approach, clear and concise communication, strong follow up, ie. “say/do” ratio


This role must be in the US but is open to Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL; or other Eastern or Central Time Zone location.
