General Electric Consulting Manager - Clinical Delivery CMU Outcomes in Loves Park, Illinois

Job Description Summary

As the Consulting Manager you will be an integral part of the CMU Software Outcomes team and will manage the CMU Outcomes Clinical Delivery team and lead all Clinical aspects as part of the delivery team for assigned projects. You will work with every level of an organization to bring their digital software programs to life– which will include implementation efforts, baselining, metric development, and clinical workflow design. You individual will work deeply with clients to ensure results are delivered.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manager of the Clinical Delivery Team

  • Develop and define the clinical implementation approach based on the pre-sales work and ongoing delivery work

  • Responsible for developing content tools for post-sale deployment process from a clinical standpoint – from implementation efforts, baselining, metric development, clinical workflow design, and education

  • Responsible for developing audit tools to ensure delivery team is kept up to date with latest vendor training and guidelines

  • Responsible to measure performance of clinical team members and engagement leaders

  • Support Customer Success Team and Sales Enablement Team through Pre-Install and Post-Install Assessments

  • Responsible for team resourcing

  • Consult with clients to develop Digital Software initiatives that range in scope and complexity from regional to national centers of excellence

  • Serve as a clinical and technical subject matter expert for GE Healthcare patient monitoring and associated vendor partners’ products and services.

  • Serve as an effective advisor clinically and technically for clients for the products and services that are available from GE Healthcare and associated vendor partners

  • Partner with the USCAN, Academic Accounts, GE Healthcare Partners and LCS teams to deliver world class solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Clinician with 2+ years of Inpatient Cardiac & Telemetry Monitoring experience

  • Experience in deploying protocols / procedures as well as training plans for clinicians and successfully implementing those in a clinical setting

  • Ability to work when Clinicians are practicing (beyond normal business hours)

  • Ability to travel 70% of the time

The salary range for this position is $120K - $180K. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a Variable Compensation. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
