In the role of Growth & Strategic Planning Leader you will join a small, highpowered team that develops the BHGE enterprise strategy and drives strategy execution, in close coordination with all the Product Companies.You will participate in delivering strategic growth priorities, strategic plans and strategic projects to translate those insights into business actions and results. You will be expected to rapidly take ownership for parts of strategic planning activities and related projects.
Lead & deliver the Growth Strategy Plan (GSP) processes (e.g. annual growth strategy, strategic plan, strategy execution projects)
Contribute to GSP Regions and Product Company reviews
Work with colleagues in Product Companies and regions to translate insights and strategic plans to practical business actions and growth opportunities
Lead/participate in strategic projects – e.g. evaluation of potential new markets, realignment of businesses, market assessment of potential acquisitions
Disseminate knowledge internally – e.g. through presentations, webcasts, written communications Qualifications/Requirements:
BHGE experience working ideally in two or more Product Companies with strong network across the business
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics from an accredited university or college; Masters degree in a related field (i.e., Energy/ Oil & Gas Economics) would be helpful but not essential
Strong operations experience in the Oil & Gas industry (ideally working in one of the BHGE product companies OR competitor equipment/service company), industrial marketing/strategy helpful but not essential
Excellent analytics and problem-solving, including ability to form hypotheses and move forward in the absence of complete information
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, simple messages
Fluency in English; additional languages helpful but not essential
