Roles and Responsibilities
You’ll break down problems and estimate time for quality related tasks
Increase task level and takes on multiple projects at one time
Become skilled with various configuration management, build management and continuous integration tools and methodologies
Become skilled with SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
Collaborate with Product Teams to implement end to end Build and Release process for a specific release
Key Qualifications & Requirements
You’ll be studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program in Power Systems or Electrical/Electronic Engeineering.
Applied knowledge of how to break down problems into smaller segments by documenting & explaining the process
Understand and apply decomposition (work breakdown structure) of highly exact specifications
Experience with Windows and Unix / Linux based programming
Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
Shows understanding of the project's value proposition for the customer. Shows commitment to deliver the best value proposition for the targeted customer
Understands how the business solves problems in specific domain areas using the technology (Eg: Healthcare domain - EMR Applications)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with customers with confidence and clarity
You’ll be able to work independently on projects and have great attention to detail
You’ll be highly collaborative, team-oriented with a positive, enthusiastic and confident attitude
Considers different and novel solutions when faced with challenges
Identify opportunities for innovation and offers new ideas as well as taking the initiative to experiment with new software frameworks
